I've divided the following recording into two parts. The first is basically
entire new CD, The Way Up. The second part is various songs from previous
recordings.

Original seed FLAC files are not CD-sector aligned.  Since the Part 1 file set ends with a fade, 
I fixed each set separately with:

  shntool fix -s b -o flac *part1*.flac
  shntool fix -s b -o flac *part2*.flac

I deleted the leading silence (which included a click) from part 2 track 1 prior to realigning.
