Notes:
-I have no idea why cuts exist at the beginning of the show. t01 sounds a lot
 like a soundcheck. t03 is mixed differently (possibly because the mics were
 added) and the transition into that track is most peculiar.
-Tape flip at 04:35 on t08. Some of Edie's banter before "She" is cut because of
 the flip.
