NOTES:
----------
There were a number of fade-outs between the songs on the source CDs
that have been removed, but may still not sound 100% seamless.

Ants has a brief 20th Century Fox intro.

According to setlist archives, Pay For What You Get was played after
The Song That Jane Likes. Also, between Nancies and Granny two songs
were played...Say Goodbye (probably Dave solo) and Christmas Song
(probably Dave & Carter). These are both missing, along with
What Would You Say, which is listed between Granny and True Reflections.
There sounds like tape cuts at each of these points in the recording.

Dave asks the crowd for a someone who can give him a ride to the
Birmingham airport after the show.

These rare older shows have been collected and converted through a
collaborative effort to get them into circulation. Sometimes these
shows do not have the best sound quality (and maybe that's why they
aren't circulated much to begin with), but people should have access
to them.

Thanks to Andy Svenson for donating the CD source used for the conversion.
