It appears there were no vocal mics onstage. All other sources I could find had amplified these low points in Cool Edit. I chose to retain the show's integrity and keep the banter in the mix as is. In order to get all the stage banter, you'll need to turn up the volume, after a listen I find it soothing to just leave the volume alone.
