Notes: A loose cable at the beginning caused some static
and dropouts and those spots were converted to mono.
The hi-gain switch was accidentally hit when a new file
was started after the acoustic encore, so there are a
couple minutes of slight overload just before Steal My
Kisses. This was fixed in Cool Edit Pro. Bass below
45Hz was reduced using an FFT filter.
