Notes:
CD mastering on Fostex CD-200, track markers were 
inserted manually as start IDs on the DAT tape.

Originally, there was only one md5 file for both discs 1 and 2 and the file naming
convention was incorrect.  To conform with etree.org's standard naming convention,
I took the original shn files, decoded them and then re-shned them, creating an md5
file for each disc and naming the files correctly.  I also edited the info.txt file
for a cleaner look.
