- original transfer did not downsample 48>44.1KHz, but marked wav headers as
44.1KHz, leaving original distribution sounding slow (44.1/48=91.875%)
- resampled, 6/29/05, by Mike Pederson in SoundForge 7, track headers marked
48KHz, track breaks marked, tracks merged and downsampled to 44.1KHz with
anti-alias filter and highest interpolation accuracy, tracks broken by markers,
resulting in non-sector-aligned tracks which were fixed with shntool 2.0.3
- SoundForge 6 was used by Dave Cooke (7/1/05). The equalizer and WaveHammer
plug-ins were used primarily, and tracks were then cut in CDWave. They were
then compressed in FLAC at the highest setting and ID3 tags were added.
