Processing included conversion to 32 b.f. format, EQ, fades, resample to 44.1/dither to 16-bit.  There are very occasional moments of static from an unknown, likely on-stage source.  This was most pronounced in t10.  I used Cool Edit's Click and Pop removal tool with conservative settings for that track, and it is much improved though not perfect.
