? t07: bit of feedback at about seven seconds into track
? Audiowhore on the remaster: "As everyone knows, it?s a great 
  show but the recording is hampered by the hiss factor. I?ve put 
  it on Cool Edit Pro and filtered out the hiss, given it a very 
  slight re-EQ, and changed the track marks to make them more 
  accurate as to where the songs actually start."
? D1 fixed these problems, post-audiowhore:
	t01: about 40 seconds of tuning and silence at start of track
	t05: bit of feedback at 3:59; banter level is a bit low
	t06: four bits of feedback after the tune
	t07: bit of feedback at a half-second into track
