this show was played at the minnesota bluegrass and old time music association's "homegrown kickoff" festival.  the festival was at the beautiful el rancho manana near st. cloud, mn.  pert' near sandstone's set was on saturday but the festival went from thursday through sunday in early june of 2005.  it had been raining all day and was raining for the first part of pert' near sandstone's set.  somewhere near the middle of thier set it stopped raining for the day and the rest of the day was beautiful.  they were then credited for chasing the clouds away.
