Notes: 
Kevin mentioned to me that he was trying something new.  It looked as if he had 2 mics onstage facing the crowd, plus the 2 mics setup by his soundboard. I never got a chance to ask him the exact setup, so if anyone knows, please let me know so I can update this text file.
Also, I removed some crowd noise between HBB and the encore so Set 2 can fit all on one 80-minute disc. No music was lost.
