Notes:
- Dave Graham, son of legendary rock impresario Bill Graham, was part
  of Music Unlimited, the band's management at the time.
- Slight overloading in right channel at the beginning of track 1, some
  kick drum overloading in the left channel of tracks 2 and 4. This is
  on the only other tape I've seen in circulation; another source is
  unlikely given the show's location and age.
- Some balloon pops in the background, one big one at the end of track 3.
- Track 4 begins with an instrumental "Happy Birthday" and cuts out
  at the end; I faded it out.
