*Summary of edits:  Because the show was very quiet (low PA volume), the applause between songs seemed 
extremely loud in comparison to the music.  This made adequate normalisation nearly impossible.  
To make the show more enjoyable to the listener, I lowered the level of the applause between songs using 
both an amplitude adjustment and a -9db limiter.  The limiter was only applied to the applause, and not to 
segments of music.  This improved the music/crowd noise ratio, although the music is still quiet at times.
