NOTE: In case the above is not clear, track 8 on disc 2 is comprised of the last tune Swamp Road (ending with acoustic outro), the crowd noise/encore break, and the band re-entering for the Encore with the same acoustic instruments like they never stopped playing backstage and sort of morph into an acoustic Nostalgia/Angel Race medley ... which then unfortunately cuts before MMW stop playing ... how long before the end is unknown, but it sounds like they were possibly heading back off stage as the music cuts since their sound gets a little quieter and they have just reached a point that could be the ending, and then they just trail off with the melody off stage.
