Other cdr(0) exist.  At least one .shnf distribution exist extracted on a different computer and fixed with CD Architect (Delete silence, crossfade tracks).
This extraction done on a Toshiba Satellite A75 running WinXP sp2 with a TOSHIBA DVD-ROM SD-R2512 Read offset correction +116.  The EAC log was included.
