Notes:
1.  About 45 seconds was missing in the middle of Chili Dawg.   This was removed and is
    pretty obvious around 2:11 of the song
2.  Kang's vocal mic has some shorting issues during the first part of Bigger Isn't Better
3.  Large dropout in intro of Lonesome Fiddle Blues removed.   I dare you to find it :^)
4.  There are some small spots of light diginoise in spots on the tapes.  I removed these
    where possible, but some were left where a noticable change in the music would have 
    remained.
5.  A big chunk of the jam towards the end of I Know You Rider is missing, presumably where
    someone had to swap tapes.  The dead air has been cut out.
