*	The levels were abnormally low on the DAT.  I don't usually
	monkey with levels at all in conversions, but I did here.
	I boosted the levels by 3dB with SoundForge.
*	There is a glitch at 6:58 during Dave speak in #41.  No edit
	was done to this spot.
*	There is a pop at 0:28 into Crash.  This was on the DAT and
	it is in both channels so no edit was done to this spot.
*	There is a feedback-type pop at 0:13 into Watchtower.
