All Along the Watchtower - 08:49 Total: - 45:46 <> played, but not taped ! abrupt with excess silence, so fade in added $ full band ^ first time played ------------------------- Notes: % most records say that the encore was only Watchtower, but this source clearly shows that Ants is cut on the end, and then #40 starts abruptly after the crowd noise before the encore was cut out somewhere along the line I was able to reduce much of the original buzz and hiss, and boost the volume by 200% and bass by 9dB to fill out the sound, normalizing. I also cut off the frequency @ 9000Hz, which took out a lot of hiss. There's still a little warble in the background, and you can hear some hiss during the quiet parts, but if you crank it while the music is playing, it sounds great. Much better than the original, which was tedious to listen to at best. The place is echoey to begin with, so that's not a problem in recording (most evident right before #40). One of the rarest shows out there as of right now. This is the best it gets. Next, 4.10.94 (the "Recently" show) ;) You can tell this source from the original by the very full clear sound - on the original, the hiss is almost as heavy as the instruments. Ratings (comparitively): B = for a SBD B+ = in General A = for a Cass. (?) SBD compiled 10.29.02 by Brian Emerick <shadowkewl@hotmail.com> p.s. Jimi is amazing - GO ROI!
