North Mississippi Allstars 2002-05-30 The 19th Annual Chicago Blues Festival Petrillo Music Shell - Grant Park Chicago, IL Gear/lineage: NAK CM300s w/ CP4 shotgun capsules > Marantz PMD430 playback deck > Macintosh MA6100 > Cool Edit Pro (conversion to 16/44.1) Taped & transferred by Uncle Bob Ericsson All files were transferred and burned to CD by the taper. Bob put fades between all the songs for some unknown reason, and the SD card masters are no longer in existence. In addition to fades, 5 sec. of silence existed between songs. Silence removed using Wavelab, the fades left as on the original rips of the taper's CD copy. Gap removal/retracking by vanark (Jan. 2021): Tracked FLAC > foobar2000 (combine files) > WAV > Wavelab v6.10 (edits) > CD Wave v1.98 (tracking) > FLAC(8) Tagging: foobar2000 01.
