Note: Sadly, as is typical at most east coast Hunter shows 
the "deadhead wannabe's" in the crowd were noisy & disrespectful to 
Mr. Hunter during the quieter portions of the performance, causing 
all tapes of this show to have a din of audience noise through out. 
Also adding to the problems RH was having a bunch of trouble with his 
wireless mic on this night.
