Notes:
- The Violent Femmes were support
- Some too close to mic hands claps removed
- Somebody put a sock in the St. Stephen screamer.
- Due to some strange action in the right channel, the dc offset was removed in set 2.
- Only the left channel in set 2 was normalized.
- He's Gone takes you there.
- Jerry adds a violin effect to the intro of TOO.  Its just the right amount of awesome.
