Ratdog - 11/02/1998 State Theater Minneapolis, MN Alana Davis Opened AUD: M? > ? > C > WAV (24/88.1) > FLAC Transfer by David Hollister Transfer information: The tapes were played on a Nakamichi CR-1A and fed into an Alesis Masterlink ML-9600 at 24-bit, 88.1KHz resolution. The resulting files were burned to CD and the digitized files transferred to a Mac to be edited with Audacity version 2.0.5. Some minor cutting of empty space at the beginning and end of the files as well as a couple of fade-ins and fade-outs. The only other actual editing was to reduce the volume of the loud noises at the beginning of the Alana Davis set, which I assume were due to the person doing the recording messing with the mics. Each performance was then normalized individually and tracked.
