spoken intro) was deleted at the request of the artists, and a stereo field
problem that affected the entire 2nd set was fixed. This new version of this

Revised Distribution - new etree shnid to be assigned:
change #1 - first two tracks deleted ("Drifting with the Tide"
deleted at the artists' request. It only made sense to also
delete the spoken intro before that song.) Remaining FLAC
files from set I are unchanged, both in name and in contents.
change #2 - set II on the original distribution (shnid 130420)
had the left and right channels reversed on source 2 (the
front of stage microphone recording.) This problem has been
fixed on this distribution. Set II filenames now begin with
"bmjb20140622s2fd2" (the "s2f" is for "set II fixed")

Post-processing notes:
(1) source 2 files were loaded into Audacity (24-bit)
and speed-shifted up 0.013444% (to correct for clock
discrepancy between H2 and H2N.) Output saved as
24-bit wav 44.1kHz.
(2) Source 1 and speed-shifted source 2 loaded into ProTools,
synchronized, and mixed-down. No EQ or effects were used,
except for some mild dynamic compression on the 2nd set
SBD to reduce some very loud vocal peaks. Mixdown saved
as 24-bit wav.
(3) 24-bit complete mixed-down sets were loaded into Peak,
normalized, saved as 16-bit wav, and cut into individual
tracks. Some dynamic compression was applied to the
announcements at the end of set 2.
(4) individual track wavs were processed thru Trader's Little
Helper to fix SBEs and encode to FLAC (level 8)
