circulation.  There is a newer source of the SBD (SHNID=109470) but this didn't
circulate until 2010.

There is a unknown guest guitarist during CC Rider who takes a nice blues solo.
This is the last show with Nicky Hopkins, then Garcia jammed with James Booker
a few times before settling in with Keith & Donna in early 1976.
