Reconversion notes:  Thanks to Andy for allowing me to reconvert this source for him in order to correct the track listing and track splitting. Reformatted the flac track names to d+t2012-09-23 type format and split Track 5 (Still Water & DDTW combined) and Track 19 (Two Step & Encore Break) into separate tracks in CD Wav editor. Used Flac Frontend to encode new flacs as Flac level 8 for both tracks 5 & 6 and new track numbers 23 & 24, created new fingerprints and created an ST5 (shntool) after tagging in Foobar 2000 for the entire set of flac files
