We didn't have taper tickets, but Will wanted to try and tape just the same. He had no trouble bringing in the gear and there was no pat down at the gate. This was the direct opposite of the Widespread Panic show at Oak Mtn. in April 2011.
We found Chris Cage and he graciously allowed us to clamp onto his stand. We ended up with four sets of mics on the stand. Nice meeting "Stu Stu" from the Taperssection. I never got the fourth taper's name.
Had a good time at the show. I called the "Possum" opener and got some songs wanted to hear and some tracks I haven't heard live. Hated that we had to miss Atlanta.
