Sound Quality

This is fair to average.  Somewhat Distant and Echoed. I would say it's for Die Hard collectors that either attended or need a new source in there collection.

I had previously shared the Blues Travelers opening set earlier . I Recorded this in the last section under the pavillion. My batteries were dying and "Hard To Handle" has speed issues. I had a battery change after that song.

I originally had lawn seats, but then a security guy noticed my tape deck and asked if i wanted to get under the pavillion to get a better recording.  I handed him $10 bucks and he said i was on my own. find a seat.  cool.  But when i got inside, security was a pain my arse. Luckily, they never checked my ticket, but Twice when i was flicking my lighter to check the counter on my tape deck.  some security dork actually climbed over 5 rows of seats to try to catch me smoking a joint i guess. The first time he gives me a warning for i don't know why.  Then later i flick my lighter again and he does the same thing and climbs down over the seats and then threatens to kick me out of the venue if i did it again.   I wasn't smoking anything.  It was really strange that i was being hassled for no real reason.  Overall i had a decent time, but didn't care for some of the long drawn out covers and tunes.  They played a 15 minute version of "Waiting Guilty".  But years later i learned to love there entire live catalog.  I just needed something more straight ahead that i recognized.
