Notes- gain set on the V2 was too low for the first two songs and was stepped up 5db btween d1t1 
and d1t2..  and then stepped up another 5db btween d1t2 and d1t3, where it stayed the
remainder of the show..  tracks d1t1 and d1t2 were normalized slightly in SF4.5 to give  
somewhat uniform levels throughout disk 1...    thanks for reading and enjoy!!  ericB
