Reconversion notes: Advised Daniel and Rob that disc 1 track 1 was
actually still in 16/48 format so I would reconvert the source so all
tracks were in 16/44.1 format and also review the entire wav file for
possible errors or adjustments.

Applied a fade out then fade in after Recently as a short encore break to
make the transition more seamless since the time between Recently and OSW
are cut up.  Retracked the entire wav file to include the short encore
break and assigned track times, then assigned new flac files and
fingerprints
