  * t02: dropout from beginning to 0:11, 0:53-0:55, 1:51, 1:58-1:59,
    4:06-4:39, 5:02, 5:06.
  * t03: 1:44-1:53, 1:59-2:06, 5:12-5:22, 5:47
  * t04: 5:02-5:13, 5:26-5:29, 8:05, 8:12-8:17
  * t06: 0:06, 0:40, 1:17, 2:21
  * Tape flip between tracks 6 and 7. Track 7 cuts in slightly.
  * t07: cuts in slightly. Dropout at 1:30.
  * t09: 3:07
