Notes: Received the source from Steve Walkuski. This is from an unknown
Master DAT but after all these years it's unknown who the taper was or
the lineage known.  The source had been previously converted and tracked
by Izaak Micah.  I went ahead and combined all wavs into one wav file to 
review the whole wav and apply fade in/out and fix any errors. No
problems found but the encore break was cut so I crossfaded this section
to make it more seamless.
