NOTES:
At intermittent parts during Bartender and once during Rhyme & Reason, my
digital cable to D8 came loose and caused some dropouts in the recording.
On this particular evening, I was also running Jon Ice's
AKG CK62 > Active Cables > JK LABS DVC > Oade Modified SBM-1 > D8 from my
same stand. I spliced in parts of this recording and parts of Greg Mendelsohn's
Microtech Gefell SMS2000/M21 > Beyer MV100 > SBM-1 > D100 source using Soundforge.
The source used in each spot was simply according to what I thought sounded
more smooth to the ear.

Noted below are the splice times and sources used.

Splices occur at:
d1t04: 3:32 (Gefells)
d1t08: 07:09-8:02 (Gefells)
d1t09: 00:00-00:35 (Gefells)
d1t09: 02:40-02:49 (AKGs)
d1t09: 05:55-08:06 (AKGs)
