Notes:

There have been, for a number of years, two sources of this show in circulation.  I have one of them but not shnid 4461,
in fact very few people seem to have it.  This source differs from shnid 13539 in that it has all of the in between song
tuning and crowd, apart from a tape flip after "A Strange Man", which I have crossfaded.  I am, therefore, going to
consider that this is an upgrade until such time as a copy of shnid 4461 surfaces to prove me wrong.
