Notes:
- This is a re-transfer of shnid 80779, minus the DAE step, tracked
  properly and with flaws noted. 
- Major wind noise crops up during the show.
- Two dropouts between 2:19 and 2:28 of track 7; the first one lasts
  about a second and the second is 8 seconds long. I ran the tape three
  times to see if anything was recoverable but it appears to be on the
  master.
- Deck stopped or skip forward at 6:48 of track 10 during the crowd
  noise. No music is missing.
