During Jimi Thing, our front channel recording began to fill
with static and noise. This song and the rest of the
recording was cut from those channels and replaced with
William Draper's recording. His source info is:

Source: Oktava MC012 (card) > PS-2 > UA-5 (Oade mod.) > D7
PAS, 13' high, Orch 2, 4th row
DAT > SHN: William Draper
DA-R100 > Zoltrix Nightingale Pro 6 > Soundforge 5.0 >
CDWav > MKWACT * No DAE *

Mix/Encoding
The .wav files were appended and synced in Adobe Audition v2.0,
tracked with CD Wave and encoded with Surcode DVD DTS v1.0.23.
All files were left as .wav files due to the fact that encoding
them to .flac only made them 10% smaller.

I'm not absolutely positive about the location for the
recordings. I have ticket stubs from all of my shows that
summer and that's what I have for this night. However, when
I created this .txt file after converting the sources in
January 2003 I left the location blank. That probably
means that John ran the rig in one place and I sat in
these Sec 2, Row E seats. Unfortunately, I will never be
able to nail it down definitively. I can say that the rig
was in the first few rows on the left side of the venue
either in these seats or in another pair of seats close by.

The making of these 5.1 recordings during the start of the
Summer 2002 tour was some great fun. It is of great personal
satisfaction that the 4+ year wait for a DTS encoder and the
completion of this project has come to an end. The process
of creating these multi-channel mixes is long and tedious,
so we hope you all enjoy!
