Dave Matthews Band Lucca Summer Festival sunday 5th July 2009, 21:15 hours Piazza Napoleone, Lucca (Tuscany, Italy) Live FM radio broadcast by "I Concerti di Radio1", Radio Uno RAI [first channel of italian national radio], from an open air show. Piazza Napoleone is one of Lucca main city squares. Lineage (FM > HD > web): ITT HiFi4060 Tuner > Audacity 1.3.5 Beta via C-Media CMI8738/C3DX soundcard > 16bit flac's (level 8) > dimeadozen.org WARNINGS: 1- this is an incomplete recording: I was out last night so I had to use a timer. Scheduled starting time was 21:30, so I programmed the recording to start at 21:22. When I got back I found out thta the band decided to begin at an earlier time. I should have imagined that. Further investigation shows that my recording starts into the second song of the set, so that only "Don't Drink the Water" is missing from the broadcast. Sorry. I can just assume less than ten minutes are missing from what broadcast. 2- RadioUno decided to broadcast only the first 90 mins or so of the concert, which faded out to give space to night-time radio news. As far as as I know, there are no plans for a future broadcast of the missing tracks (I believe another full 90 mins, check FULLSET.txt in the folder). And I strongly doubt they will ever do. 3- as in italian radio customs, the DJ speaks a lot in-between songs. His purpose is to translate in italian what the musicians say, the introductions to every song and bits of the history of the band. It may gets VERY annoying, and trust me it does, thus we might consider this recording only for completists. But the songs, the actual music, are usaully not spoken over. Said so, there were indeed long breaks in between songs, filled by radio banter. Or you could think that it's so damn exotic having someone speaking in an unknown language in your boot! ==tracklist== t01-Shake me like a monkey [fades in] t02-You might die tryin' t03-Seven t04-Funny the way it is t05-So damn lucky t06-Eveyday t07-Crash (Into Me) t08-#41 t09-band's intro t10-Spaceman + Cornbread running time : 82'49" upped by survivor69 on Dimeadozen.org, 6-july-2009 (upload #118) note that due to disk space limitations, I will not be able to keep seeding this torrent for a long time - I will abandon the seed in a few days, maybe remove from HD these wav/flac files, and keep only my own CDR. Too many things to upload. In case of seeders going missing, enlist yourself as a leecher and some seeder will come back, and you are anyhow welcome to try and ask for additional torrenting... FFP included - if uploaded on other trackers or reseed (and you are welcome to do both), please include original infofile. Also, if not satisfied with my offering, you are welcome to remaster/retrack/whatever and repost, but please always clearly state where/who did you have this material from and keep original infofile
