I pulled this audio from YouTube. It had these comments:
I barely knew The Decemberists when I recorded this show. I was asked by a friend of mine—who was a fan from their onset—to go because she couldn't. (#sólheimarforever) I decided to go all out and record video and soundboard audio. I had a friendly relationship with the soundperson at the Khyber so getting a soundboard patch wasn't difficult and facilitated recording video up close, which at best was always a tricky feat when also recording audio separately. You see, an audience recording would sound terrible when that close and I never felt comfortable shoving a video camera in the faces of people. As you can see, my camera is in Colin Meloy's kisser. It felt so intrusive! I wasn't cut out for crossing boundaries like that. I'm sorry, Colin!
