German musician Wolfgang Niedecken follows in the footsteps of America’s great songwriter. In 1965 Dylan left New York and moved to Woodstock where an idealistic artistic community was forming.
Wolfgang begins the journey in New York then travels to Woodstock, Minnesota, New Orleans ending in California. Along his journey he interviews musicians, people who have known Dylan and visits places of interest relevant to Dylan. Each visit includes performances by artists interviewed.
