The Palms, which was located in an old barn off of Cowell and Drummond, existed in Davis for 27 years before the venue was relocated to the Winters Opera House in late 2002 to make room for new housing developments. Activist songwriter Utah Phillips performed at the final concert on August 24, 2002.
