Iron Maiden at The O2
Multiple award-winning heavy metal legends Iron Maiden are due to rock London’s O2 Arena on the 27th & 28th May 2017. Their highly anticipated ‘The Book of Souls Tour’ opened in Florida in February 2016, and has seen them play in 35 countries in North and South America, Asia, Australasia, Africa and Europe.

‘The Book of Souls’ is Iron Maiden’s first ever double studio album and their most successful chart entry to date, debuting at the #1 spot in over 40 countries around the globe.
Iron Maiden founding member and bass player Steve Harris says:
“As it’s been so long since our last full UK arena tour, we really wanted to get to our fans in as many cities as possible. The whole band is really enjoying this tour and although we love playing festivals and stadiums, it is terrific to return to the intimacy and atmosphere of arenas.
The songs from The Book of Souls album and the new Maya-themed Eddies and stage sets have gone down really well and fan reaction has been amazing. And of course we know our fans appreciate us playing a lot of the older songs too, which we will continue to do.â€
They will be supported by special guests Shinedown, the American rock band from Jacksonville, Florida.
For forty years now, Iron Maiden have been one of the most iconic, influential, and imitated bands in heavy metal - and they're not done yet, either. In fact, their album The Final Frontier - released in 2010, some 35 years after the band was founded - went to the top of the charts in an amazing 28 different countries. Suffice it to say, Steve Harris, Bruce Dickinson, and the boys have still got it - and they're gonna prove it to you with their all-new tour.
