Billed as "England Swings: A Tribute To Mike Smith Of The DC5," this was a fund-raiser by Paul Shaffer (David Letterman Show) to benefit DC5 lead singer/keyboardist Mike Smith who had a horrible spinal cord injury. Plans were for a live DVD and perhaps CD, but neither came to fruition. The early show was b'cast over XM Radio.
