Very, very rare concert - in superb fidelity - of Goodman, Krupa, Wilson and Hampton in their first Carnegie Hall appearance since 1938. Though Gene Krupa was quite ill at this juncture, his playing is superb, as is the playing of the rest of the group. Bassist Slam Stewart was added to any of these reunion dates, and often referred to as "The King" as our "designated hitter"
