The Notting Hill Carnival has been an annual event since 1964 that has taken place on the streets of Notting Hill, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea London, UK each August. In 1997 performers included Lil Kim, EPMD, and Busta Rhymes and footage of these sets can be seen on youtube.com
