STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Surf was up at the St. George Theatre last night as the legendary Beach Boys held court during what was billed as a “Kokomo Christmas.â€
Special guest was John Stamos, so it was not surprising there was a, ahem, “full house.â€
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Famers are touring in support of “The Smile Sessions,†a comprehensive box set that Capitol Records just issued last month.
Many of these recordings have been officially released.
