BBC TV programme about the art of songwriting,each composer talks about the inspiration for the song and then performs said song. Introductions and narration by Tracey Macleod. Most of the Artists are performing solo (Acoustically guitar/Piano) with the exception of:
-Iggy Pop his acoustic guitar is plugged in and fuzzed up.
-The Bee Gees,The Gibb brothers (there's 3 of them)
-Sparks,the Mael Brothers (there's 2 of them)
-Blondie,Debbie Harry,Chris Stein and Pete?
All songs are live takes in front of cameras, no audience.
