The Pasty Tapes Vol. 2, Various, Various
Set 1
KEEP IT TOGETHER (Music by Guster, lyrics by Brian Rosenworcel)
From the forthcoming album, "Keep It Together."
SAY THAT TO MY FACE (Music by Guster, lyrics by Ryan Miller)
We recorded this song with Roger Moutenot but it didn't make the cut for
the new album. It does, however, easily make the cut for The Pasty Tapes
Volume 2, which has a much lower standard of quality.
WE'VE GOTTA BE CLEAN (Word and music by Tony Geiss)
Produced and engineered by Peter Katis. Additional instruments by Peter
Katis and Leon Dewan. Additional background vocals by Melissa Bisagni,
Dave Schneider, Tarquin Katis and Peter Katis. Original version sung by
Bert.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON (demo) (Music by Guster, lyrics by Brian Rosenworcel)
We wrote this song and recorded a quick demo version of it and then
never got around to recording it for real for some reason.
HAPPY FRAPPY (Live) (MUZAK)
Recorded live at the Gothic Theatre in Denver, CO on April 7, 2001.
YOU SAW A LIGHT (Music by Guster)
From an interview recorded backstage at the Jones Beach Amphitheater on
July 10th, 1998. The music comes from the song "Starless Heaven" (also
known as "Snacky Time") which didn't make it onto the new album. If
you're not 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before
listening - the language is foul!
