This circulates as "Tuesday Night Jam" with: Jerry Garcia, Jorma Kaukonen, Jack Casady, Elvin Bishop, Steve Miller, Mickey Hart, and Will Scarlett. For a while it had a date of "Unknown '67" from The Matrix, but there is a poster for it which says it was at the Carousel Ballroom on tuesday 5/21/68 and that it was a benefit ($1 admission). Jorma was asked and he has concurred on this.
