This is the show originally titled "Buddy Rich & Friends", taped by PBS TV. Buddy played 3 nights at the Terrace Ballroom of the Statler Hilton Hotel. These 3 shows were never aired or edited.
Now released by drumchannel.com on DVD, re-titled "UP CLOSE". The release features excerpts from the 3 shows. Recoring dates are as follows:
