Jazz and Art —The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis and special guest Mark O'Connor perform Duke Ellington's rarely heard "Degas Suite," Coleman Hawkins' "Picasso," and a new commission from the Orchestra's reed man Ted Nash. "Portrait in Seven Shades," a suite that renders famous paintings of Monet, Van Gogh, Dali, and others in the language of jazz."
