Notes: Brotherhood performs at the Duncker for the very first time, tonight on the occasion of the huge free music party Fete de la Musique. They share a bill with local rock heroes Samavayo, Brotherhood plays first. The Duncker used to be Liquid Visions house-venue and it feels very familiar seeing the band here. The show is well attended. They perform a tight set pleasing the audience, many in the crowd dance and everybody enjoys the music peacefully. There are (instrumental) teases of Straw Fever's "Summer" to be found in the "Drifter" -jam. An outstanding version of "No mercy on ravers" with a long organ intro opens a two-song encore that is rounded off with a long and well thought out version of "Better hurry", complete with blues-intro and a massive guitar work-out as jam. A text-book Brotherhood 2006-era show, save for a few messed up vocals competently played and very well received by the crowd.
